The Power of Sound & Vibration

Discover the Transformative Effects of Sound Healing with Samantha Lambley

Join Samantha for an engaging and immersive workshop exploring how vibrational instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs can support relaxation, wellbeing and inner balance.

The Talk (30–45 Minutes)

During this interactive presentation, you will explore:

  • What sound healing is and its origins
  • The unique qualities of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Gongs
  • How vibration and sound interact with the body and mind
  • The science and theories behind sound-based relaxation and healing
  • How sound can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation and support overall wellbeing
  • Why different frequencies and tones affect us in different ways
  • Practical ways to incorporate sound and mindfulness into everyday life

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how sound and vibration can influence our physical, mental, and emotional state.

Refreshment Break (10–15 Minutes)

A chance to relax, enjoy refreshments and connect with fellow participants before the experiential portion of the workshop.

Sound Bath Experience (45 Minutes)

  • Settle comfortably and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring:
  • Himalayan Singing Bowls
  • Crystal Singing Bowls
  • Gong
  • Other therapeutic sound instruments (where applicable)

Allow the soothing vibrations and harmonics to wash over you, creating a space for rest, reflection and renewal.

Questions & Hands-On Experience

Following the sound bath, there will be an opportunity to:

  • Ask questions about sound healing and the instruments used
  • Learn simple techniques for playing a singing bowl
  • Experience the instruments firsthand
  • Explore how different sounds and vibrations feel and resonate

  • Pacemaker
  • Any electronic implants
  • Epilepsy/seizures
  • Severe mental issues

Workshop Cancellations

All workshop cancellations must be made via your profile on the website or through the CLASSFIT app. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all workshops. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time will result in the session being charged in full.
