Utilising the ultimate of all Pilates equipment; the mat and the original sequence of the method of Pilates you will learn the traditional method of Pilates. Using your body as resistance you will develop strength, control, precision and fluidity and you will learn to modify the method to suit your own unique needs.
Led by an immensely experienced Classical Pilates teacher who was taught traditionally in the lineage of Joseph Pilates, with a focus on the core principles: breath, centering, control, concentration, precision and flow. With Ronel you will experience a refined foundation for a deeper, more intelligent practice on the mat; the ultimate in the Pilates equipment. Master the method on the mat and your Reformer practice will flourish. Ronel also offers an Advanced class taking you through the challenging sequence of Joe’s 34 original sequence of exercises.

With a background in gymnastics, Ronel was trained by Andre Oelofse who pioneered Pilates in her birthplace, South Africa. With another 30+ years of expertise to add to that of our founders, she offers a wealth of experience in Classical & contemporary Pilates with her preference in the Classical repertoire.
