Drawing on extensive yoga practice and training with John Scott and the former Larry Schultz, direct students of Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga yoga, followed by 2 years of high quality training with the Pilates Foundation, coupled with my 8 year tenure at the Haslemere Sports Injury clinic; an overall 25+ years in body movement, I offer you a personalised and highly effective yoga and/or Pilates experience.
Together with my carefully selected team we utilise enhanced versions of Joe Pilates’ original studio Pilates equipment & repertoire, along with innovations from leading experts in the industry, to achieve your functional movement goals. This studio is equipped with the following apparatus for Solo and Duo Solos, Duos & Trios sessions:
