I, Amanda, am continuing my education within the health and wellbeing sector in 2019 with an in-depth training and certification with the International Association of Wellness Professionals to become a fully qualified Health & Wellness coach.

2020 will see Sublime offering programmes to encourage individuals into new lifestyle habits, improve health and boost productivity in the workplace for a happier and healthier work/life balance.

We are in the midst of a global healthcare crisis. The population is living longer, health care costs are increasing, roughly one in two adults has a chronic illness and 1 in 4 people in the UK fall into the obesity category increasing the likelihood of diabetes and heart disease.

With the UK having the highest statistics of obesity in Europe, it is believed that an estimated 70% of healthcare costs are related to preventable diseases and despite having information at our fingertips, many of us still have trouble making the changes needed to be healthier. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity are all on the rise and doctors are not usually trained, nor do they have time, to help patients change their behaviour.
